CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER

As Ordina‘s Corporate Information & Security Office (CISO) you will play a key role in overseeing, managing, and maintaining the Information Security strategy and posture of the organization. Our CISO will be required to ensure the security strategy effectively underpins and supports the delivery of our business strategy and provide strategic leadership, direction, and guidance across the Cyber security activities in the organization. A comprehensive vision on cyber security and strong leadership skills are required. Also, you need to find your way in a complex environment with a diversity of stakeholders.

Reporting to our CFO, you will act as the principal leader for cybersecurity across the organization.

• Develop a long-term vision on Information Security for the Ordina Group;
• Fulfilling an advisory role to the Board of Directors, management, and employees;
• Conducting research and advising in complex security issues;
• Primary communication (external) contact person regarding information security of the Ordina.

• Drafting and annual review of the Information Security Program and Policy;
• Coordinating the implementation of the Information Security Program and Policy;
• Ensuring compliance with this Information Security Policy and the resulting measures;
• Initiating and having proactive security audits and risk analyses;
• Keeping the Information Security Management System up to date and alive;
• Functional line to employees who are active in the Ordina Group Security Organization.

The CISO will have full responsibility for all data/information security policies and evaluations, determining and implementing cyber security standards for the organization whilst simultaneously driving the continued innovation and improvement of our market position.

• 10+ years of security leadership experience and preferably 5+ years of experience as CISO in a large (international) business;
• Thorough understanding of business models and frameworks, cloud security, compliance, and customer demands;
• Excellent executive presence and the capability to interact and influence the business’s senior (C-Level) stakeholders;
• Effective communicator that can distill technical issues into business terms and language by successfully working with senior leaders, board and audit/risk committees;
• Excellent operational and process skills, you know the art of balancing the capacity between the project work and the ongoing operational stream;
• Project/program management skills to successfully lead multi-functional security initiatives and enable internal teams;
• Strong knowledge of compliance, familiarity with industry standards like NIST, ISO27001/2, GDPR, etc.;
• Experience with internal and external audits;
• Experience of defining security Management Reporting and presenting data in a compelling way;
• Experience with running incident response and post-incident review;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
