Dividend policy

Depending on the calculated size of the (current and expected) cash flow, Ordina pays out 40-60% of its net profit in a financial year in dividend. Besides safeguarding the company's continuity, payment depends on these conditions:

  • minimum 35% solvency over the past year;

  • historical net debt/EBITDA ratio for Q3 and Q4 last: under 1.25;

  • future net debt/EBITDA ratio for Q1 and Q2 next: under 1.25 after dividend payout
