Job description

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and measuring all lead generation campaigns. The goal is to get qualified leads into the pipeline. Email is an important channel in building the Ordina brand, nurturing target groups, demonstrating thought leadership and building brand loyalty with customers and prospects. You will also work with other (social) channels. 

The Demand Generation specialist works closely with the Digital Performance marke-teer, Marketing strategists and Sales to set up appealing campaigns. Making an impact and achieving results are important here. This position is involved in every step of the customer engagement cycle, from ideation to implementation and ana-lysis. The Demand Generation Specialist is expected to monitor, analyze, test and continually refine all components of the campaign lifecycle. He/she also follows best practices in email marketing to optimize lead generation.

What you bring

You are an enthusiastic data driven marketer, proactive and daring to take responsibility. You have good analytical and research skills and effortlessly run multiple projects simultaneously. You bring knowledge of Martech platforms that help generate demand. Of course you are up to date with the latest developments in email marketing.
 

  • Completed HBO education in (Digital) Marketing, Data Analytics (or similar) 
  • Minimum of 2+ years relevant work experience (B2B) and proven results in developing effective email marketing campaigns. 
  • CRM (preferably C4C) experience to build reports and manage pipeline. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Email and Marketing automation tools (such as Hubspot), Content Management Systems, HTML/CSS/Javascript and intranet solutions such as SharePoint. 
  • Experience with marketing analytics and SEO is a plus. 
  • High quality of work and accuracy around measurement, analysis and optimization of campaigns.  
  • Good command of Dutch and English, as ur marketing team consists of international team members 

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for email marketing (planning, coordinating and sending email (campaigns)), working with the CRM system, making database selections and building marketing lists.
  • You identify and test email marketing strategies to ensure that the right people receive the right and relevant information. 
  • You will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adjust as needed to optimize results. Perform A/B testing on a regular basis. 
  • You will build, manage and refine the database of target group contacts. 
  • You develop campaigns that generate interest in Ordina services. This includes drafting messages, CTAs, designing templates, landing pages and campaign workflows. 
  • You’ll segment audiences based on behaviors such as email engagement, web interaction, event attendance. You also develop strategies to convert pros-pects into qualified leads. 
  • You will analyze and report the results of all outbound campaigns and make recommendations to continuously improve metrics including open rates, CTR, leads. You present recommendations to the Marketing team in a clear logical and compelling manner.

As Demand Generation Specialist, you are part of the Corporate Communication & Marketing Benelux department (12 FTE), in which enthusiastic marketing and communication professionals work together in various fields.
