What you will bring

  • at least 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud;
  • knowledge of development language Apex and you know how to express yourself in the English language;
  • experience with multiple Salesforce platforms (Service, Marketing, Sales)
  • knowledge and experience with the Einstein chatbot;

Been there done that, you have developed in-depth knowledge of all the capabilities and best practices of Salesforce Service Cloud. Taking the lead with our customers in Service Cloud deployments comes naturally to you, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and push yourself to the limit.

Where you are going to work

You will be part of team Commerce within Ordina Digital situated in Amsterdam. You will work in the Cloud Surfers team (Marketing & Service Cloud team) that helps customers to better organize their customer service. You also work a lot with the Commerce Cloud team, so you can switch quickly when a feature has been built within one of these Salesforce environments that affects one of the other Salesforce environments. This way you can maximize our added value for all our customers.
