Like you, we want to make sure you and Ordina are the perfect match. That is where our recruitment team comes in. We keep the entire application process transparent, so you always know where you stand.

The application process is different for each part of the organization and the role you apply for, but it usually follows these 3 steps.

Step 1: Application

Our vacancies tell you exactly what we offer, and what we'd like you to bring to the table. While each role has its own requirements, we also look at you as a person. Are you curious, innovative and willing to learn and grow, with and from your colleagues? We are looking for you! When you've seen a vacancy that suits you, we invite to you submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you're a good fit. We value diversity and inclusivity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. We aim to respond to your application within 3 business days, so you won't have to wait long.

Step 2: Interviews

During the initial interview, we get to know each other. We are keen to find out if a career at Ordina will suit you, and we are happy to answer any question you may have. In a second interview, we explore our match further. If everyone is excited to move forward, we make you an offer.

Step 3: Contract & onboarding

Step 3: Contract & onboarding

You've accepted our offer. An exciting time, and a moment to sort out some formalities. You sign your contract, and we may ask you for additional paperwork. Our HR team supports you every step of the way. About a week before your start date, you'll receive an email about your onboarding. This includes the schedule for your first day at Ordina. During the onboarding process, you will get a lot of information about how the organization operates. Don't worry, it'll all make sense soon enough, and in the meantime, your colleagues are happy to help. Welcome aboard!
